Video Verification for Your Google Business Profile

Google often requires a video walkthrough of your business to verify you are a legitimate business.

First, you'll need to have access to your profile. Please accept access if you do not have it.
Open Google Maps (on your cell phone)
- It is easist to record and upload the video using your cell phone. But you can do it via desktop too.
Log in to Google Maps using the same account you used to manage your Google Business profile.
Select the 'Your Business Profile' from the option list. (Click the icon in the top right-hand corner to see the options)
Select 'See Business Profile' button
- You will be redirected to the browser.
Select ' Get verified'
Follow all the prompts.
- If you are a service area and don't see customers at a physical location, enter the mailing address used for the account set-up.
Prepare to take your video (you must include all elements in one video)
Record video, upload and submit.
